This is partly why I like BRZ small engine low TQ.
I drove a new Cayman which was turbo had gobs of TQ almost didn’t matter where you were in the rev range, just like a magic TQ engine, sure it’s fast that’s part of why Ferrari, Porsche etc are going to FI but it’s a bit less fun imo.
Faster does not mean more fun at least to me. Others feel differently but I really can’t drive fast on public roads, no Hellcat for me.
