Toe arms are useful to make toe adjustment easier, stay true, and can give you a firmer bushing in a crucial location. The extra range isn't needed for most people, but IMO replacing the arms is worthwhile if you track the car and/or use sticky tires. I recommend an arm that comes with a lockout for the OEM eccentric.

For a fun street car, the Whiteline LCAs work well at a good price.
