Pulled up to an intersection with a 4-way stop on my way home just now, a lady driving some sort of crossover immediately pulled up on the cross street from my right (it's a bit of a blind corner there so you can't see a car coming from the right until they're at the limit line). She stopped late, about halfway over the line, while looking at her phone. She glanced up from her phone for a second before proceeding through the intersection (while looking down at her phone again). Her car had some obvious crash damage to the front left fender - guess she didn't learn the first time.
