It unfortunately wasn't a Geico preferred shop so no lifetime warranty. Their invoice specifically says the work is only guaranteed for one year which is lame. The plan is to take it back and see what they say. My concern is they take the cheapest path to fixing. I called Geico a few times and got kicked from department to department, and bottom line was since it wasn't a Geico preferred shop with the lifetime warranty there is nothing they can do.
I already get crazy anxious when someone else works on or has my car so this doubly blows
Edit: forgot to answer this question: the paint was not peeling like this when I immediately got it back. Happened over time.
