Nope. My power coated bakes on my '91 MR2 Turbo has seen years of track and autox, daily driving. Still looks great. They get dirty but it hasn't faded noticeable.

The only ones that I have seen fade are single coat rattle can painted ones.
I got the brush on calipers paint from napa 4 coats on a proper prep disassembled calipers, 8 years later just a tad of fade.
