Lol got me looking at what I could get for 1 millon...

5br 4.5 bath, 6,245sqft on 10 acres, fantastic location with a view. If 3 others/couples went in on it with us, we could actually live in mansion... And not be broke...

Oh and there's a pool and garage, each of which is larger than the house that sparked this discussion...
