If buying used, especially at such low mileage, beware (or be aware) of mods made to the car. If it has no service records, just say no. Make sure to ask the dealer to check (if possible) for a flashed ECU. Ask how old the previous owner was, too.
My 13 FR-S was gently abused, as will my 86 have been if I sell it, and I would be willing to bet they are in better shape than some of those other used examples.
13, 14 and 15 model year low-mileage Twins were prime flat-bill 'tard cars. Stay away.
