Nah. Even in the center it won't effect street driving. The fan may kick in a bit more often but you won't see elevated temperatures. There is still more than enough area to move air through.
Still way more surface area than many, many cars with much larger engines and cooling requirements.
Like I said cars with other coolers added and being pushed hard would be a totally different matter.
