Check the wiring and plugs on all camshaft position sensors and actuators, hopefully one is loose or damaged. P0013 is not one of the ususl codes for cam issues, hopefully your lucky and its just a wiring\plug issue.
Tsb relating to cam issues but you not throwing those codes, it does sound more like sensor, oil control valves issue. Maybe swap ocv to see if code changes to other bank.
It would be covered under warantee but turbo might be an issue even though it not related, unless wiring melted damaged
