The "all" part applies to the catback exhaust.
The header was changed but only on MT.

If it's not the same, then why two different part numbers for the same model year? Or just look at the fitment info above.

Yep. My memory said that was correct but when I went to verify the document seemed to counter that. I went with the document and second guessed my memory.
