Based on your responses you haven't done nearly as much research on tunes and this car as you should. You seem kind of clueless, which is dangerous because you seem eager to drop money on something asap. You didn't even type "moto east" properly, and didn't know the file designations of .bin or slt. or know that shiv pathak is the tuner in charge of OFT.
I'll try and simplify this for you:
1) you don't need other injectors or fuel pump, no one on here has said that unless they go supercharged or other crazy power adders
2)If you run it like I do, I do not have flex fuel kit or any sort of sensor which means I have shivs OFT e85 tune and must run complete e85, and have to worry about switching maps and running full tanks of e85 no mixing or my IAMs will get dangerous.
3) Flex fuel kits like Moto-east or the Openflash one, mean no switching and basically no worrying about ethanol content the tune automatically adapts to the flex fuel content in the tank because of a sensor connected to the fuel line as well as a specific tune from ecutek or openflash.
For moto east's kit you'll have to get a tune and there kit which uses ecutek so your ecu will be "locked" after the tune is applied:

You're lack of research will kill your car, so either call or email moto-east or openflash to get some assistance, both have different price points so bear that in mind
