For the guys who go to the gym, what do you use for planning workouts? Or are you at the point where you just know what to do when you get there?
I've been using an app called Bodbot, and it was fine for the first few weeks when I had really no clue what I was doing, but now that I'm getting into better shape, I'm looking for a bit more diversity in my work out, along with some more advanced stuff to do.
Should I just go look at bodybuilding.com and steal some workouts from there?
