C6 Manifolds go to 2.5" flange vs the almost 6" on the LS7. The LS7 manifold is worth almost 20hp more over the c6 manifold on a stock/mild ls3. Don't know how much more it's worth on a 630hp 418 stroker, but I'll take everything I can get for the same price. The 20hp for the same money is worth the little extra work.

Because of the bolt location, the manifold doesn't sit flush on head. I will be cutting the flange off, and welding directly to the manifold exit. Should allow a better/smoother exit from the manifold and into the mid-pipes.
And just run 3" pipe around it. May modify the subframe if need be.
Although this is oval pipe. I may get some if I deem it necessary.

No plan to at this point. I bought it as it was heavily discounted because it was made too big for the 240sx. I didn't need to buy one, but at the price, I couldn't say no. To buy a new one would be over $600. It's not worth it to me. My Full Blown FRS radiator will work just as good for now. Just not as pleased with the radiator hose routing.
