To your question, yes the car can survive 250whp. I have had a turbo installed on my car for over 60k miles with no issues. I am pushing 300whp and drive my car every day.
I do not know the GReddy turbo kit details, but I would assume it would need an FMIC.

what kit is on your car? does it require custom tune on a dyno? i don't trust russian tuners
