You could have perfect alignment numbers on the suspension and the car would still act that way if the frame specs are off by even a little. This has be explained several times. Charging tires and aligning suspension may mask it for a bit but it will happen again. Get it checked before the car get totaled a second time. You are not saving any money by throwing parts at it in the hopes it is something else.
