A few winters ago when I had this happen to my 2013 FR-S, it was snowing outside and there was a little bit of ice on my window. When I rolled down the window about 8 inches, it would not go back up. So, I put a down sleeping bag in the crack and a tarp over the window. I ran the car for about an hour with the heat blasting to warm the whole car up. It worked. The window rolled up.

Later, I read about holding the window switch for 10 seconds to reset it. And that worked too!

Hope you get your window up.
