I'm in Canada and it's cold right now. At around 0 degrees celcius. My heating system only kicks in after 10 minutes.
Will play around with it and mention it to dealer.

Oh, I've noticed that my FR-S doesn't heat up the vent air for about 5-10 minutes ....... and it doesn't get real cold here.
