If you change the DI seals, and have an updated tune, then the problem will not happen again, but by the time you pay for all that, you would have easily covered the difference in cost to say... a 13 to a 15, which not only carries the DI seal fix, but many other QC issues.
In your case, just address the issues as it happens; my previous statement is primarily for people buying used cars.
