If you're purely talking about the very specific scenario of an FRS with E85 and headers pulling up to a completely stock WRX on the freeway and roll racing, then sure. They'll probably be fairly close.

But if roll racing is the concern, why even buy an FRS? lol
I'm going off of the article I posted, and JUST an e85 tune netted a faster trap than a stage 1 cobb tune...
