Did you even read the article in the op. There are claims of stock wrx's making 13.8 passes, but A) again that is from a dig and B) the article states that they couldn't get better than 14.2 from stock and 13.9 from a stage 1 cobb tuned wrx.

Sure there are boosted twins that are in the low to mid 13's but there are boosted twins that make only 220whp and a full exhaust with e85 can do the same..
