Going to start off with taking the heads off to get a good look at the cam. I am suspecting the Cam/bearings as you have said. I'll go from there.
Took the car out once more last night as a friend wanted to install fog lights on my car. Been driving the car easy since the oil change. Really hope the block isn't trash
