I can honestly say I've never seen a matte colored vehicle of any type that I have liked. More power to folks like @ Borchert97 that like it, but its just not my thing.

Rolled on Tremclad primer. "Temporary" paint job that I had for 4 years I owned it. The last I saw the car a couple of years ago it was still rocking the same primer after 12 years.
