Hankook RS4 vs the competition?

Hello everyone,

I've been running the new hankook RS4 tires on my 86 for the past months with so far 1 track day and another track day coming within the month. Since I've already been on the tires for awhile, approximately 7 months with almost 2 track days, I am starting to look into my next set of tires. Before my RS4's I ran the MPSS for 1 track day and I would have to say the RS4's perform leaps and bounds better than the MPSS did. With the RS4 I had great confidence on the track, where as the MPSS I felt would give away too easily. Anyways, I know a lot of people run the RE71R's I wonder if anyone has compared them to the RS4's yet for the 86 platform. There's a comparison blog here; http://www.goham-ind.com/blog.html/h...gestone-re71r/ but the problem with this one is that they used two different sized tires.. Bridgestone - 205/50/15 vs Hankook- 225/45/15 and the test vehicle was a civic. It's worth the read but I feel it wasn't the greatest comparison due to there being 2 different sized tires. Here is another comparison where someone is comparing R888R to the BFG Rivals and then the RS4's to the Rivals; http://www.tracktuned.com/feed/2017/...nd-hankook-rs4

Just wanted to hear the community's feedback on tires and helping out a fellow 86 owner improve his lap times

Thanks!
