Squeaky clutch pedal while pressing or releasing is almost certainly the dry fork pivot. It'll come and go with the weather. Just have to clean & lube.

Resistance while pressing, or hangup while releasing is a symptom of the TOB binding on the quill. That needs to be addressed. It gets pretty ugly from there on.
