right, you would have to do a small amount of modification. I would have to see it, but it would probably be just drilling a hole to mount the bulb socket in. they make a kit for cars in the states that adds a bulb to the triangle fog light in the back. you drill a hole in the fixture where the bulb would be mounted and the bulb socket twists into place in the hole. I installed one in my car at one time. so it would be something similar. also leds are so reliable that even if it was a semi permanent mount (like hot glue) that wouldn't be a problem. just make sure the bulb does not touch anything inside. the fixture so it would look right and not melt anything.
again, we would need the pull the door card and take a look at it to see what it would take to do it.
