I would do a front bar. The car will transition much better. I'm running 1/8" total toe out up front to help turn in, which is pretty typical for an autocross setup. I'm at 1/16" toe in on the back.

I've been on the 235/45 size tires, RE71Rs at first and now on the Nexens. I like the stones better. The gearing for these cars is super short in 2nd gear, so a taller tire isn't a bad idea. Especially if you're going to be running a national size/speed course.
