¡WARNING Picture Overload!

Process pics of my DS rear quarter fiberglass work... I still have to bondo and shape and blend some more...

I purposely avoided showing pics of my ugly welds... hopefully the other side will come out better now that I have some experience... lol

I used 3M 425 Aluminum Foil Tape to seal the big gaps between slits. Btw, the 3M aluminum tape is very versatile but also very expensive...

Seam sealer applied over the tack welds mainly to keep them out of sight... because they are ugly... lol

Scuffed aluminum tape vs not scuffed. Scuffed for stronger adhesion.

Long Hair Body Filler

Sanded down...

Cleaned for fiberglass mat and resin...

Fiberglass mat applied...
