From what ive noticed from driving someone with the BPB, is that is effectivly moves most of the power down to DD range. So you'll feel more oomph between 3-4k RPM. OFT with headers does roughly the same. However i would recommend getting the OFT and headers first. AFAIK you need to tune for the Power Blocks and you will need something to tune your car with. So get the OFT first cuz you'll actually be able to utilize it.
