Series 6 13 row will definitely not be enough unless you are a beginner. As you get faster, you will outgrow it fast.

Placing it in front of the intercooler will super heat the intercooler core. The oil cooler sheds a ton of heat and it will go directly into anything behind it. I would recommend placing your oil cooler/coolers in the side vents.
What are you doing for brake ducting if any?
