As someone who had a
2013 FR-S and went to a
2017 BRZ w/ PP. I can vouch that the Brembos did make a world of difference on track compared to stock rotors + pads I had in the FR-S. Granted these are OEM-level Brembo performance brakes -- but my FR-S brakes would start to fade even after a spirited touge run, whereas the Brembos still gave me confidence when I stomped on them on track.
I would vaguely say that the Sachs dampers are a slight improvement than my '13 (from what I recall before mods) -- very compliant on rough roads, which is probably what the engineers intended.
Don't care too much for the 17x7.5 wheel. It's only wider in order to clear the Brembos I guess.
... and yes these cars deserve to be in flashy colors
