Oh, I suggest you get another on-line opinion on the value of your house (Zillow). I have found that Zillow's algorithm is pretty good these days.
Besides, the value of a house is what the seller is willing to sell it for and a buyer is willing to pay for it. Chew on that fer ah spell .....
If you don't want to "age out" of a job ....... go into real estate ....... no-no, don't do that ......just kidding ......
