It should be apparent from inspection, and the fact that they offer 3 different overpipes, that some consideration went into the design. To go looking for reasons why it shouldn't make more power than a more simplistic design seems like a bit of a misadventure.
I also think suggesting CSG's car is a result only achievable with 100's of hours of dyno time is very misleading. Yes, I'm sure that happened to get the base tune written, but once that's done you're not starting from scratch on the next car.
