You're eventually just going to have to go pick it up yourself and basically do their job for them, since they suck so bad.
I'm trying to use FedEx now exclusively when I buy and ship things. Their shipping rates are typically $10+ cheaper.

Last night, at 2136, they let me know that the package would be delayed a business day. Unfortunately, I don't know whether they meant that it was delayed for yesterday, or delayed for today. Assuming they mean it's delayed today as well, because we all know how absolutely terrible they are.
