Indeed! I saw the thread on fixing the door stays by shimming them, and I’m summoning the courage to remove my door cards one day to do it. It’s just that I’m a little busy just now thrashing my tyres down to the belts to find the time…

My list could be so much longer too. What are some of other things you love about yours? I would also like to add:

• That ability to hold a given steering input in a corner and adjust the line by throttle. Not only can you open or tighten the line at will, but the feeling in the steering adjusts accordingly to tell you exactly what’s going on with the grip up front. No front wheel drive / 4wd car gives you this and it’s the subtlety of that that people miss when whinging all day long about gear crunch and torque dip. Philistines…
