So, your plugs, in the box, are set at a 0.032" gap.
As @ Ultramaroon suggested and I concurred, that that gap would be fine for your engine [with modest boost]. Here is a reference:

I went and grabbed a better tool from Napa. I guess the coin type shouldn't be used (mfker too late, damnit). So on the coin it read around .032. The filler type had them above 25 so probably .032. I was able to get them down. Was a little scary because they're so sensitive.
