A car with a fresh alignment that is pulling consistently either gt a bad alignment from the get go, (either their tolerances are bad, did a sloppy/imprecise job, or they did not tighten a fastener correctly and it slipped out of alignment,) OR there is component failure occurring that they didn't notice. (A worn bushing may only show it's influence under acceleration, and it's throwing geometry out of wack every time you step on the go pedal, or slam on the brakes, for example.)
Somebody missed something, either a sloppy job, or a failing component.
