The on the left connects the input directly to both outputs and the resonated pipe is covered as well. Never put this one on but suspect it'll be louder than the other. The on the right connects the input directly to the divers side output. I ran this for 25K miles or so. Really liked it
Also have the rest of the OEM exhaust if you want it.
