Advice to clean Rear window carpet

So when it comes to cleaning the FRS I get sort of anal and there is one spot that I have tried to clean multiple times and each time I just cant really get something in there to clean it. This is with the rear window carpet that is below and around the 3rd brake light.

So far the technique I've tried is jamming my sausage finger hands against the window with a swiffer cloth or slim vacuum attachment and this does not work and I fail to really clean anything.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or tools one can use to effectively clean the hairs/bits of microfiber cloth/pollen and foliage bits from that area.
