What audio source did you try it with? It won't affect the radio, as the sound from the tuner is handled by the MCU and not android...it should work on everything else though. With something other than the radio playing check 'Driver Status' in the viper menu and see if 'enabled' and 'processing' both say 'yes'. Also maybe check that 'master power' is on for whichever sound profile you are using...I think I just left mine on 'phone speaker', although the different profiles have some different options available and you can lock it to whichever you like best (settings-->lock effect mode). If it's working right it should make a pretty big difference.

I think I'll need to play around with a few more settings. Regarding the BT, it seems I'm having a different issue. Theirs seem to disconnect, whereas mine cuts out for half a second every few seconds
