It's been around 37-45ish in the mornings around here and I've noticed this a lot :\ Definitely more for reverse and 2nd gear but I think I've also had it happen with 3rd.

The grinding doesn't happen as often but I do need to use more force to shift the gear.

Isn't this supposed to be a common issue with the twins in cold weather? Feel like I've read about that before. If it's a common manual trans thing I wouldn't know since this is my first lol.
