There are so many options Kaaz, OSG, Cusco, Tomei and MFactory.
Tomei is cost effective.
Those you who who upgraded the diff, what are you using and why? Also did you go with the larger cooler? Looks like diff is a free mod.

I picked up the Cusco RS diff from CSG. Made a pretty big difference in preventing inside wheel from spinning up in a turn. Definitely made a difference in putting the power down coming out of turns. I did not upgrade any cooling for the diff and have not run into any issues that I'm aware of.
