CC peeps look pretty chill to me so it can't be too bad.
I can tell you that the only happy field techs at Big Blow (they supported all of our Lenovo hardware) were from the west coast. Everybody else across the country were really angry mofos.
IT isn't too bad until management decides to pay you peanuts or outsource you to curry land. Ask @
