I put almost 50,000km on my fr-s within the first year of owning it. The car is more than reliable, just know that the Michelin Primacy's wear fast. Like, really fast. My car isn't even two years old yet and I'm close to needing to replace the Primacy HPs. And, no, I haven't excessively spun my tires. Maybe twice a month or so for short bursts but that's about it.
One other thing that might have to do with the amount of driving I did in the past year, my front bumper has almost completely lost its glossy look due to road debris. It kinda looks and feels like someone lightly sand blasted my front bumper to be honest.
