Well, what @Mr.ac says may sound boring, but he's right.

In dusty conditions, I'd suggest you clean/change the engine air filter quite frequently.

Since you drive about 40,000 miles a year, you must drive a lot of freeway miles, which is easier on the car than in-town miles.

I'd suggest you keep a close eye on the tire pressure and have the alignment checked, so as you don't eat up the tires prematurely.

With driving that many miles a year, I reckon your butt will wear out before your car .....
