Looking to trade for a oft and $350 worth of parts

Wheels have had one set of 200tw tires on them. They are still mounted and you could prob drive on them for a few miles. They need to be replaced!!!!! The wheels are in like new condition no rash rubs scuffs nothing. I am willing to travel within reason to make a deal that is Fair.
