Spring rate front 13.3 rear 9.3
But thats for high speed drifting with Sports Hard (SH) tires and im running stiff suspension around 7 all round and riding like -10 to -20 height depending on track.. Also my Ft-86 GS has 403hp.. I havnt played around with the roll bars...
