Well depends what you mean by best.
For those of us in colder/wetter parts of North America, the Rival S would be the worst option.
I hope it's going to be a more polyvalent tire like the SUR4G.
I'd rather spray when it's hot than have no traction when temperature drops around 41F.
Especially since we will be limited to a single tire and switching to DW won't be an option on rainy days.
