@ LexusFman They kind of did that with the 1st gen tC it is under the Toyota nameplate and called the (2nd gen) Matrix XRS, granted it isn't the same platform as the tC nor a Scion (which I believe you're getting at) but it's close enough to what your saying... and closer to the tC than the 10th gen Corolla XRS is with its torsion beam rear suspension.
