basically, boost differ from altitude & IAT even with same kit.
but in HKS v2 kit, major factor is restrictor inlet diameter.
Without restrictor ( 48mm ID of intake Pipe ) it makes 13~15psi max boost

both log from same altitude.
Stock ID of restrictor was 39mm and it makes about 8~9 PSI max@6000 and decreased to 7~8psi 7400.
