Yes. Identical part. No clue why Subaru wants so much for it. There are a bunch of parts like this. Some are dramatically cheaper from Toyota and some are dramatically cheaper from Subaru. I got my car used and it had a huge thud when turning left to right. Turns out the previous owner changed the battery and didn’t put the tie down back on so the battery was flying back and forth. Luckily it was somewhat trapped by the chassis brace. So I had to order a new tie down. I priced it out at Toyota for something like $40 and only $12 at Subaru. So I make a point to check both when buying parts.
